Elmwood Park Amphitheater Rules

To keep all guests comfortable and safe during their visit, Elmwood Park Amphitheater has created a set of policies and rules. You are encouraged to read the following rules and abide by them during your visit. Failure to follow these rules may result in ejection from the venue without refund. If you have any questions about these policies or require further assistance, please call the venue at (540)853-2494. We advise that you contact the venue at least 2 weeks before the show for any further assistance.

ADA Policy

ADA accommodations and seating is available for guests. Please see security at the gate for seating options for handicapped individuals.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol will only be drunk or purchased by individuals of age 21+. All guests will be asked for an ID to purchase alcohol. ID must be legal and state-issued including driver’s licenses or state ID. Cash and card will both be accepted for beer and alcohol purchases.

Bag Policy

Most bags are not allowed within the venue. Please leave bags not listed below in your vehicles. Staff security reserves the right to inspect bags before entry.

  • Bags smaller than 5.5” x 8.5”
  • Clear bags smaller that 12” x 12”
  • 1 Gallon Plastic Freezer Bags
  • Medically necessary and diaper bags

Behavior Policy

As Elmwood Park and the Elmwood Park Amphitheater are all-ages venues, guests should be courteous to one another. That means please keep behavior, language, and interactions as appropriate for families and young persons as well. 

Children Policy

For most ticketed events, all guests are expected to have their own tickets. Some events may allow younger guests to sit on their parents or guardians lap during the event. Please be sure to check the event guide for your upcoming event to see if that’s the case for your upcoming show.

Pet Policy

Pets are NOT allowed at this event. Please do not bring your pets to the venue. If you require service animals please contact the venue to request permission. Please note that permission may not be granted.

Reentry Policy

Once inside the park, ticket holders will not be allowed to leave and re-enter. Please do not leave until you are ready to go home. 

Refund Policy

There are no refunds allowed. All ticket sales are final. If an event is postponed or canceled then the venue will alert guests via their platforms.

Restricted Items Policy

In order to keep the venue safe, the following items are not allowed within the venue grounds. If for some reason you determine you need a particular item or want to verify whether an item is allowed, please contact the venue.

  • No chairs allowed during ticketed concerts. (However, blankets, seat cushions, and stadium seats are permitted.)
  • No Illegal Drugs or substances
  • No clothing with bigoted imagery or text
  • No drones or scooters
  • No umbrellas or tents are allowed inside the park.
  • No outside food or coolers are permitted.
  • No weapons
  • Any other items deemed inappropriate by management

Weather Policy

Events at this venue will happen rain or shine (no refunds and no exchanges).
